What is ph; balance?

Ph Balance is referred to as its acid-base balance. It is the level of acids and bases in your blood at which your body functions best. Your human body is built to maintain and balance healthy acid and alkaline levels naturally. An average blood pH level is between 7.3 and 7.45 on a scale of 0 to 14, where 0 is more acidic, and 14 is the most below. It’s essential to have healthy kidneys and lungs to maintain a healthy ph balance. When you exhale, you are sending out carbon dioxide, and that helps regulate the balance. 

The amount of carbon dioxide you exhale is a function of how deeply you inhale or exhale. Your brain continually monitors this to maintain the proper pH balance in your body. Your diet, lifestyle, and overall health state all factor into whether your body is too acidic, but you can help balance your pH by choosing a healthy diet and habits. For example, foods with high alkalinity include watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries, lemons, apples, asparagus, avocados, broccoli, celery, cabbage, spinach, wheatgrass, chia seeds, cold-pressed coconut oil, and extra virgin olive oil. Overall, a diet high in veggies and fruits packed with calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and other alkalizing minerals can go a long way in helping to reach pH balance in the body. Avoiding chemical-laden foods, sugars, and refined carbs are essential, too. DRINK YOUR WATER!

What is ph; balance for queens?

For my ladies, the pH level of your sweet stuff, whether it’s acidic or basic, plays an essential part in determining whether it’s healthy. The average PH level is between 3.8 and 4.5. What can cause a pH imbalance varies from unprotected sex, periods, douching, and antibiotics.

Signs to look out for if you think your ph is off is a fishy smell, gray or green discharge, itching, or burning when you urinate. To maintain healthy sweet stuff, take probiotics, don’t douche, and please LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. I promise your sweet stuff will let you know what’s right for you and who’s good for you. Take time to get to know her. See your OB-GYN regularly and get tested often. Eat a well-balanced diet and DRINK WATER.
