Today we are going to be making Fat burner ( smoothie) and Strawberry and cream. Both super yummy and great for weight loss. Bonus points because one is keto-friendly.

Day 7 ( September 30, 2020) Fat Burner)

Ingredients:
- 2 Handfuls of spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
Day 8 ( October 1, 2020) Strawberries and Cream ) – Happy, full moon!!!

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- 2 packs of stevia
- ice cubes
- 1/4 cup water
