Juice of the day : Pina Colada

Today’s juice of the day is my favorite smoothie. This pina colada can work as a pre or postworkout. Looking to replace a meal and drink a yummy smoothie, this is the one for you. Be on the lookout for more content!

1 can coconut milk
1 banana
2/3 c. frozen pineapple
1/3 c. Frozen Mango
1 scoop protein powder (optinal )

1 to 2 tbsp Sea-moss
